Analyst – Risk & Compliance
Salary: PHP 30,000 – PHP 40,000
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate in any relevant field
- 1.5 to 2.5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in sanctions and regulatory screening using automated tools
- Ability to review and analyze screening alerts/hits and perform mitigation based on regulatory guidelines
- Knowledge of global compliance regulations such as OFAC and USA Patriot Act
- Familiarity with financial crime risks including PEP, adverse media, and high-risk entities
- Experience in audits, RCA, quality reviews, and process improvement initiatives
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and MS Office skills
- Certifications such as CAMS, ACAMS, or AML are an advantage but not required
Senior Analyst – Risk & Compliance
Salary: PHP 40,000 – PHP 50,000
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate in any relevant field
- 2.6 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in sanctions and regulatory compliance screening
- Experience reviewing screening alerts, investigating variances, and ensuring compliance with global regulations
- Ability to act as SME/process expert and provide guidance to team members
- Experience handling audits, RCA, escalations, and quality reviews
- Skilled in process enhancement, documentation updates, and training initiatives
- Knowledge of financial crime risks including PEP, adverse media, and high-risk entities
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Certifications such as CAMS, ACAMS, or AML are an advantage but not mandatory
