Analyst – Reconciliation
Salary: Up to PHP 40,000 Basic Pay
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA is an advantage but not required
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- At least 1.5 years of reconciliation experience
- Experience in:
- Preparing and reviewing account reconciliations
- General Ledger, bank, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Month-end activities and journal entry uploads
- Managing open items and aged accounts
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Senior Analyst – Reconciliation
Salary: Up to PHP 50,000 Basic Pay
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA holder is an advantage
- Minimum of 4–5 years of reconciliation experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Process Accountant or similar role
- Strong background in:
- Reviewing and approving reconciliations
- General Ledger, bank, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Month-end close activities and journal entries
- Variance investigation and resolution
- Managing open items and aged accounts
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
- Willing to work on morning or night shift schedules
