AIR EXPORT SUPERVISOR:
- Supervise the team’s operation
- Coach the Team Members on how to perform their tasks efficiently
- Make or record Cargo Correction Advise (CCA)
- Assist the Sales In-Charge in preparation of quotations when necessary
- Make monthly Forecast and Production Report
- Make Operational Manuals for various shipment traffic and documentation procedures
- Answer and reply to sales inquiries
- Make sales presentations for customers
- Monitor shipments and update shipment records
- Coordinate with customers and with local and overseas subsidiary companies on shipments and projects.
- Coordinate with sub-con brokers/truckers and service suppliers regarding shipments
- Check carrier and sub-contractor’s / airline billings
- Negotiate charges with airline company
- Assist in receiving and recording of cargo bookings
- Monitor subcontractors’ (brokers & truckers) performance
- Send dispatch information to destination agent
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by superiors
