About the Role
Royal American Group supports transportation, executive protection, and operational coordination services for corporate and international clients across multiple regions worldwide. Our Cebu Operations Center plays a critical role in supporting global operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and highly professional individuals who are interested in building a long-term career in international operations and client support.
This position is ideal for candidates who perform well under pressure, communicate professionally, and take pride in supporting mission-critical operations with accuracy and accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day global operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
- Coordinate transportation and operational missions in real time
- Monitor trips and operational activity to ensure service accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate professionally with international clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Update schedules and maintain accurate operational records and reporting
- Identify operational issues proactively and assist in resolving time-sensitive situations
- Follow established escalation procedures and company protocols when necessary
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and operational accuracy at all times
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Professional attitude and strong sense of accountability
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and adapt
- Willingness to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required
- Interest in transportation, executive protection, logistics, or international operations is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Base Salary: PHP 23,000-25,000 per month
