Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Manage and oversee all official company communications, including legal notices, regulatory correspondences, client communications, and internal advisories
- Demonstrate excellent legal writing and documentation skills, with the ability to draft contracts, policies, and formal correspondences
- Possess proven experience in Risk Management, including risk identification, assessment, and implementation of mitigation strategies
- Have strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including implementation of data protection policies and controls
- Maintain a solid understanding of the Philippine Labor Code and other applicable Philippine laws
- Ensure that all company communications are legally sound, compliant, and aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Exhibit strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professional integrity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Juris Doctor (JD)
- Bar passer is an advantage but not required
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communication, Compliance, or Risk Managemen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillS
