Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of escalated technical issues from Level 1 and Level 2 teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of servers, networks, DNS, and cloud solutions (Intune, Azure, AVD) to ensure secure and stable operations.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain firewalls, switches, and other essential network devices.
- Provide technical guidance to management and clients, aligning IT solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior technicians, fostering teamwork and technical skill development.
- Enhance client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and clear, professional communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting.
- Extensive knowledge of server administration, DNS management, and cloud technologies (Active Directory, Intune, Azure, AVD).
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex network and server issues, including RAID configurations.
- Proficient in configuring and managing firewalls, switches, and networking hardware.
- Strong communication skills with a client-centric and collaborative approach.
- Ability to excel under pressure, prioritize critical issues, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
