Supervise, lead and direct production lines of the assigned shift in terms of man and machine allocation in order to achieve daily production output.
Responsibilities- Coordinates, communicates and reports abnormalities related on any production-people related matters in order to inform production progress to acquire proper response.
- Implement continuous improvement on workplace cleanliness and provides action required to all audit findings in order to gain safe environment and meet required 5S level.
- Develop member's skills, enhance current capability and coach member's judgment on machine operation and abnormality detection in order to prevent wrong lot processing.
- Monitors and executes compliance on identified actions/standards and responds to issues in order to manufacture good quality products.
- Graduate of any 4-year Engineering or Business course.
- Should have at least two (2) years relevant experience in Manufacturing company.
- Preferably with knowledge on electronics and semi-conductor industry.
