Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by generating qualified leads and securing new business opportunities within the BPO and outsourcing sector. This role is focused on proactive outreach, targeted market penetration, and converting prospects into long-term clients across ANZ and global markets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within the BPO and outsourcing market, with a primary focus on Australia, New Zealand, and international regions
- Execute structured outreach campaigns using CRM platforms, lead-generation tools, and digital prospecting software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and key decision-makers
- Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business needs and align service offerings
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and customised capability presentations
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and leadership teams to support client onboarding and transition processes
- Manage sales pipelines, track performance, and consistently meet or exceed KPIs
- Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the BPO or outsourcing industry
- Strong understanding of outsourcing models and client requirements across ANZ and international markets
- Proficiency with CRM systems, outreach tools, and pipeline management platforms
- Knowledgeable in using lead generation and sales tools, including but not limited to:
- Apollo.io
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Dripify
- Lusha
- MailMeteor or Smartlead
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple markets, and drive revenue growth
- Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with experience
