Henry Professional Hardware Philippines Corp. is looking for a Finance and Human Resources Officer who will oversee both financial and HR operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Functions- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Process payroll and employee-related financial transactions
- Handle budgeting, expense monitoring, and cash disbursements
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of financial documents
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Monitor attendance, leave administration, and payroll coordination
- Process government-mandated benefits and compliance requirements
- Support employee engagement and administrative concerns
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- With at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance and Human Resources
- Knowledge of payroll processing, labor compliance, government remittances, and accounting procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
