We are looking for an experienced HR Officer for Training & Development to manage and deliver end-to-end training programs. This role is dedicated exclusively to employee learning, capability building, and organizational development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology and other related programs.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, focusing primarily on Training & Development
- Proficient in the use of common professional skills software programs like Microsoft office.
- Conduct training needs analysis and monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze training data and measure program effectiveness
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work with diverse population base.
- Willing to render overtime
