Event Specialist

• Assist in planning and organizing concerts, company events, job fairs, brand activations, programs, and activities.
• Coordinate with supplies, vendors, and the internal team for event requirements (permits, materials, manpower, transportation, etc.).
• Handle logistics, prepare event material; conduct post-event evaluation, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or equivalent)
• At least one (1) year of experience in event planning, coordination, or related work
• With experience in handling concerts, music festivals, or large-scale events is required
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required for events
