Work schedule: 4:00 PM - 12:00 MN PH time. UK Hours (9am-5pm)
Pay range: Php 33,000 to Php 43,000

We are looking for a Senior Events Performance & Insights Specialist who will be part of the International Education Marketing Events team. Their primary purpose will be to demonstrate the impact of our global marketing events. They will lead the collation, analysis and reporting of events data from booking through to post‑event evaluation, providing actionable insights to inform decision‑making and improve event effectiveness.
They will also be managing the delivery of the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards programme, ensuring strong governance, accurate data management and a high‑quality stakeholder experience worldwide.

What will you do as a Senior Events Performance & Insights Specialist?
You will manageevents insight and awards delivery, using data to measure impact and improve performance.- Analyse and report on global events activity to assess success and inform future design
- Develop consistent data collection models and event/attendee profiles across regions
- Lead the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards programme, ensuring governance and effective delivery
- Manage stakeholder enquiries and line‑manage the Events & Awards Administrator
