About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team at our Cebu City location. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and newcomers to the customer service industry.As a CSR, you will be the frontline representative of our clients, delivering high-quality support and building lasting relationships with customers. This role is strategic to our operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty whilst contributing to the overall success of our business partnerships.
Key responsibilities- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring first-contact resolution wherever possible
- Document all customer interactions comprehensively in the company's systems for quality assurance and record-keeping purposes
- Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain service quality and consistency
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and escalate suggestions to management
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor in all customer interactions
- Meet or exceed performance targets including average handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality metrics
- Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to stay current with products, services, and best practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally
- Excellent listening skills and empathy to understand customer needs and concerns
- Ability to remain calm and patient when handling difficult or frustrated customers
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new software applications quickly
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical solutions
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments and customer demands
- High school diploma or equivalent; customer service experience is preferred but not essential for newbies
- Ability to work full-time and comply with shift schedules as required by operational needs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all interactions
