About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team in Cebu City. This is a full-time position offering the flexibility to work on either voice or non-voice accounts, depending on your preferences and strengths.As a CSR, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer support and directly contributes to the success of our clients' businesses.
Key responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone (voice accounts) or email, chat, and social media (non-voice accounts)
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating complex matters when necessary
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our support systems
- Provide product and service information to customers, answering questions and offering solutions
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and provide feedback to management
- Meet or exceed established performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally
- Excellent listening skills and empathy, with a genuine desire to help customers
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet when addressing customer concerns
- Proficiency in using computer systems, email, and customer service software platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Patience and composure when dealing with challenging or frustrated customers
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- For voice accounts: clear English speaking ability and comfortable with phone-based communication
- For non-voice accounts: strong typing skills and attention to detail for written communication
