Marketing and Engagement Coordinator
Vista is seeking a confident and engaging Marketing & Engagement Coordinator to help grow our audience, engage prospective clients, and support our online marketing initiatives.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys communicating with people, hosting online events, creating content, and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media- Record talking-head reels and videos using company-approved scripts
- Edit reels and videos that meet the company's branding standards
- Publish and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.
- Monitor and respond to comments and enquiries on social media
- Respond to enquiries from prospective clients
- Qualify and nurture warm and hot leads
- Follow up prospective clients using established processes
- Book consultations and assist with lead conversion
- Host and facilitate online webinars and in-person presentations
- Welcome attendees and create an engaging experience
- Moderate chat and Q&A sessions
- Encourage attendees to book consultations
- Follow up webinar attendees after events
- Build rapport with prospective clients
- Maintain timely and professional communication
- Support the growth of Vista's online community and brand presence
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
- Comfortable speaking on camera and hosting online events
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Organised and proactive with strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable using social media and online communication platforms
- Willing to work on weekends
Preferred Background
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Sales support
- Training or teaching

- Community management

Training, scripts, and processes will be provided. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping people.
