About the role
We are looking for Junior Architect / Apprentice to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative architectural projects and design solutions. As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our built environment, working on diverse projects ranging from residential and commercial developments to mixed-use complexes.This position offers a hybrid setup wherein you can work from home or do site inspections, where you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality architectural designs that meet client expectations and comply with all regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities- Develop comprehensive architectural designs and conceptual plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation using industry-standard CAD and design software
- Conduct site assessments to inform design decisions and project planning.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction phases
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare and present design proposals and project presentations to clients
- Willing to be assigned on site.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Architectural license is a plus.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and construction practices in the Philippines
- Excellent design and spatial reasoning skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
