Building maintenance/housekeeping

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Building Maintenance / Housekeeping Staff to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall beauty of the building. On the whole the successful candidate will be responsible for general housekeeping, basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring that common areas and facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained and related works.

• Perform daily cleaning of common areas, offices, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize building facilities.
• Collect and properly dispose of waste.
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and assisting with minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or painting work as needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
• Assist during tenant move-in and move-out activities.
• Ensure compliance with building cleanliness and safety standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or building maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or painting is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects when necessary.
• Honest, responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to Undergo Training

• Monthly Salary: ₱18,070
• Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
