Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for eligibility verification, network information, and medical plan inquiries.
- Issue Letters of Authority (LOA) for eligible In-Patient (IP) and Out-Patient (OP) availments.
- Coordinate with accredited hospitals and healthcare providers.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, SMS, mobile app, and other communication channels.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Medical Allied course (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Biology, Psychology, or related field).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Healthcare, HMO, BPO, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
