Inventory & Logistics System Administrator (SAP/Oracle)

We are looking for an Inventory and Logistics System Administrator who will be responsible for managing the system day-to-day, acting as the digital counterpart to the on-site team—ensuring that shipments, inventory, and customer interactions are accurately reflected in the system.

JobResponsibilities

• Maintain shipment records end-to-end (pickup/delivery dates, carriers, tracking numbers, status updates)
• Ensure accurate status transitions (Booked → In Transit → Delivered)
• Keep transit warehouse data clean and up to date

• Maintain item masters, serial numbers, warehouses, and stock movements
• Ensure alignment between system data and physical inventory across global sites
• Reconcile discrepancies and enforce naming conventions
• Support transition from spreadsheet tracking to the system

• Configure alerts for low stock, overdue shipments, stuck POs, and missing serials
• Route notifications to appropriate Slack channels and stakeholders
• Ensure proactive issue detection before escalation

• Maintain customer-facing views (portals, reports, Slack integrations)
• Ensure consistent and reliable status updates for clients (e.g., NDG, Rumble, Gcore)

Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of experience administering ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP Business One, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Strong written English communication skills
• Process-oriented with strong attention to data accuracy

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ERPNext v14/v15
• Familiarity with Frappe framework (DocTypes, workflows, notifications, reports)
• Experience with Slack/webhook integrations
• Background in logistics or IT hardware operations
