Store Manager - Calamba

We are looking for a great manager who will lead the store to greater heights, be innovative and creative to support Levi’s mission.

• Drive Results & Own the Business – Take full ownership of store performance by hitting profit targets, maximizing sell-through, and using KPIs and data insights to guide daily decisions and long-term strategies.
• Strategize & Execute with Precision – Plan each day with purpose—zone your team effectively, align with local market trends, and lead with a sharp eye on omnichannel opportunities and commercial priorities.

• Master Store Operations – Oversee inventory, stock control, markdowns, and loss prevention while keeping the back-of-house running like clockwork. Embrace new tools and tech to streamline operations and enhance the customer journey.
• Be the Voice & Connector – Build strong cross-functional communication to share insights, align on business needs, and activate impactful commercial and marketing events in-store.
