Store Head

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This role includes motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service, while also developing business strategies that drive success in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure implementation of company policies and standards across selling, front-end, warehouse operations, and clearing procedures
2. Manage and maintain high levels of customer service
3. Lead the training, development, and performance of seven critical store positions: Assistant Store Head, Front-End Officer, Warehouse Department Head, and three Category Department Heads
4. Ensure achievement of store sales targets
5. Monitor and control store expenses
6. Oversee inventory management and accuracy
7. Drive overall store profitability
8. Manage facilities and fixed assets
9. Ensure effective risk management practices are in place

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business or a related field
• With at least 2–3 years of relevant managerial or supervisory experience in retail or food service (e.g., Quick Service Restaurants or fast food)
• Strong knowledge of store management and operations
