About the role
Euros Builder Materials Inc. is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a Compensation and Benefits Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs.This is a full-time role based in our Taguig City, Metro Manila office.
What you'll be doing- Conducting market research and analysing industry trends to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive
- Administering and maintaining the company's compensation structure, including base salaries, bonuses, and incentive plans
- Overseeing the implementation of the company's benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs
- Providing guidance and support to management and employees on all compensation and benefits-related matters
- Collaborating with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to compensation and benefits programs
- Staying up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field of compensation and benefits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in the use of HR information systems and data analysis tools
- Up-to-date knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and best practices related to compensation and benefits
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accurate and compliant record-keeping
