Senior HR Assistant - Compensation & Benefits

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Compensation:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs (e.g., salary structures, pay grades, job evaluations).
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to maintain competitive salary data.
  • Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to guide HR and management decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with local compensation regulations and internal equity policies.

Benefits:

  • Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits.
  • Liaise with insurance providers and benefits vendors to resolve issues and ensure high service levels.
  • Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment and communicate changes to staff.
  • Ensure benefit plans are compliant with labor laws and regulations

HR - Recruitment Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of compensation and benefits data in HR systems
  • Support Recruitment Officer from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, BS Human Resources, AB Behavioral Science, or any related field
  • With at least 3 years of experience handling Compensation and Benefits
  • Strong knowledge of company compensation and benefits regulations and best practices
  • Updated with current employment mandated laws
  • Proficient in MS Office
