PM Accounting – Summary Job Description

The Accounting Associate is responsible for supporting the daily accounting operations of the Property Management. This role assists in processing and monitoring financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing accounting documents and reports, and performing reconciliations to ensure the timely and accurate management of client and company finances.

• Assist in recording and maintaining financial transactions
• Prepare and organize accounting documents and reports
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Assist in other finance-related activities
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
• Assist in monitoring and reconciling client income for property management accounts

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
