Penscott Corporation is seeking an exceptional Accounting Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role based in our Makati City office. In this crucial position, you will play a vital part in supporting the overall accounting operations and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance within the organization.
What you'll be doing- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Support the month-end and year-end closing process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
