Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for assigned kitchen appliance categories.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Define product specs with R&D and design teams.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to post-launch.
• Align go-to-market plans with marketing, sales, and supply chain.
• Monitor KPIs and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or Engineering; .
• 4–6 years of product management experience in appliances, FMCG, consumer electronics, or retail.
• Strong track record in product launches and lifecycle management.
• Skilled in market analysis, project management, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficient in MS Office, project tools (Asana), and analytics platforms.
