Position: Branch HeadDuties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and activities of a branch/branch-lite-unit (BLU
- Market the Bank's various products in service of the Bank's targets and objectives
- Oversee the processing of loans and other banking activities to ensure due process, accuracy and accountability are followed
- Verify and approve the withdrawal of savings and time deposits
- Coordinate activities with the head office to ensure practices are consistent and compliant with bank policies and BSP regulations.
- Create a strong workforce by developing staff through training, coaching a supervision of branch/BLU personnel.
- Attend to customer complaints according to the Financial Consumer Protection policy of the Bank
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the management.
