Accounting Associate

The Accounting Associate is responsible for supporting the daily accounting operations of the company, including processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and journal entries.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Verify the accuracy of financial documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and updated accounting records and files.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursement documentation.
• Support tax compliance requirements, including preparation of necessary reports and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions and documentation.
• Assist during internal and external audits by providing required records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in accounting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
