Guest Room Runner

Assists the housekeeping team in delivering a seamless guest experience by promptly fulfilling guest request and supporting the housekeeping operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers top-notch housekeeping service by attending guest room requests, cleaning rooms discreetly, and resolving guest concerns in line with hotel standards.
- Maintains professional conduct while assisting with laundry, general cleaning tasks, and supporting room attendants during daily operations and peak periods.
- Ensures proper handling of lost and found items, accurate key control, and immediate reporting of incidents in accordance with hotel policy.
- Manages housekeeping supplies by checking chemical kits, restocking floor pantries, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and assisting with inventory when required.
- Fulfills and communicates guest special requests, follows safety and grooming standards, attends briefings, and performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field or at least a high school graduate with relevant hotel experience.
- Prior experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel or luxury service environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, professional cleaning standards, and safe chemical handling.
- Strong customer service skills with a courteous, discreet, and detail‑oriented approach.
- Physically fit, well‑groomed, and able to work flexible shifts while meeting luxury hotel service and hygiene standards.
