Qualifications:

• Answer calls, accurately record and confirm orders, provide menu and promotion information, input orders into the system, and address customer inquiries about orders in both Spanish and English.
• Good English communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

• Prior experience: At least 1 year experience in a spanish bilingual customer service role - restaurant order taking, preferably in a BPO setting
