Marketing specialist

Job Description

• Create and adapt marketing content (e.g., blogs, social media posts, case studies, email campaigns, whitepapers) in English and Mandarin language while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute bilingual marketing campaigns that support company goals and drive business growth in target markets.
• Adapt global or regional marketing strategies to meet local market demands and cultural nuances.
• Monitor social media engagement in English and Mandarin language, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and execute bilingual lead generation strategies, using channels such as email marketing, online advertising, and content marketing.
• Maintain a professional tone and ensure that all marketing communications are clear, accurate, and aligned with company values in English and Mandarin language.
• Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance, audience engagement, and lead generation.
• Assist in promoting and coordinating bilingual events, webinars, or conferences to engage with potential and existing clients in English and Mandarin language markets.

• Must be excellent in oral, writing and reading skills in English and Mandarin language. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with design tools to create marketing collateral.
• Experience with event planning, webinars, or virtual events.
• Ability to develop engaging content and innovative marketing strategies that resonate with bilingual audiences.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin languages, maintaining clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse teams.
