We are looking for a sharp, organized Purchasing Intern to help manage our global and local supply chain.This role is perfect for students who enjoy negotiation, logistics, and the "behind-the-scenes" mechanics of the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing & Canvassing: Assist in identifying local suppliers for office and warehouse requirements and comparing quotes to ensure cost-efficiency.
- PO Management: Help track the lifecycle of Purchase Orders (POs) from issuance to delivery confirmation.
- Importation Support: Assist in organizing shipping documents, permits, and Bureau of Customs-related paperwork for our international arrivals.
- Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team to update stock levels and ensure that "out-of-stock" never happens for our key clients.
- Supplier Relations: Maintain an updated database of accredited suppliers and assist in evaluating their performance based on lead times and quality.
- BS Customs Administration
- BS Supply Chain Management / Logistics
- BS Business Administration (Major in Operations or Marketing)
- BS Industrial Engineering (focused on Process/Supply Chain)
- Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a college/university requiring a formal Practicum/OJT program for 2026.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (vlookup, basic formulas) and the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- On-site Availability: Willing to report to our Makati headquarters (near BGC/EDSA).
- Tools: Must have your own laptop for daily tasks.
- Soft Skills: High integrity (handling sensitive data), a proactive "can-do" attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Diverse Exposure: Experience the intersection of technical machinery and premium Italian gastronomy.
