Purchasing Staff

About the role

This is a full-time position in our dynamic and collaborative work environment.

1. Researching, evaluating and selecting suppliers to meet the company's quality, cost and delivery requirements
2. Negotiating and finalizing purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions
3. Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities, including budgets, inventory levels and supplier performance
4. Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to understand and meet their procurement needs
5. Identifying opportunities to improve purchasing processes and implement cost-saving measures
6. Staying up-to-date with market trends, regulations and best practices in purchasing and procurement

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
2. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholder.
4. A collaborative team player who is proactive, organized and detail-oriented
5. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Engineering field.
