- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Nationality : Filipino
- Languages : English, Tagalog, Can speak fluent, can read, can write, and can communicate Korean languages.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant leadership role
- Fluent to speak Korean languages; can communicate to Korean client
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards, Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other relevant software.
