Production Supervisor - Cavite plant

Qualifications:

• College Graduate of any Engineering course
• with 2-5 years of experience in Production Manufacturing Industry
• preferably residing in Cavite
• with good communication skills
• with decision-making ability

Job Description:

• Conduct daily unit meetings and communicate operational targets and objectives.
• Plan, monitor, and supervise daily operations to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor personnel performance and provide coaching, training, and support as needed.
• Implement process improvements and maintain Operational Method Sheets (OMS).
• Report operational issues and updates to immediate superiors.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, 8S standards, and company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness within the work area.
• Conduct orientation and training for new and existing employees.
• Attend required meetings, training sessions, and company activities.
• Perform other duties and carry out instructions assigned by management.
