Civil Works Design Team Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Civil Works Design projects from planning through completion.
- Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with objectives, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to deliver multiple projects successfully.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering staff.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex civil engineering design challenges.
- Apply risk management principles and company policies to civil design projects.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet department requirements.
- Motivate and mentor team members to achieve productivity and performance goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Civil Engineer.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Civil Works Design Engineer.
- At least 5 years of leadership or managerial experience.
- Strong proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and InRoads.
- Experience in land development and road works projects.
- Proven project management experience coordinating multiple projects and consultants.
- Experience in design problem-solving, risk management, and project delivery.
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong stakeholder and consultant management experience.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Lead impactful civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Take ownership of project delivery and team leadership.
