Position: Immigration Case Specialist – International Nurse Credentialing & Immigration for US
We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive Case Manager to oversee the end-to-end credentialing and immigration process for approximately 150–200 nursing candidates transitioning from the Philippines to the United States. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth,timely, and well-coordinated journey from initial exam preparation through U.S. arrival and licensure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track a caseload of 150–200 international nursing candidates throughout the credentialing and immigration process
- Monitor candidates’ progress in nursing exam preparation and completion (e.g., NCLEX or equivalent)
- Ensure timely submission of all required documentation to U.S. credentialing and immigration agencies
- Proactively follow up on application statuses to prevent delays or gaps in processing
- Coordinate with candidates to prepare for immigration interviews and related requirements
- Oversee relocation logistics, including flight arrangements, housing coordination, and transportation upon arrival in the U.S.
- Assist with U.S. licensing processes and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular status updates on candidate progress
- Serve as a primary point of contact, offering guidance, support, and clear communication throughout the process
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree required
- No prior business experience required
- Bilingual: fluent in English and Tagalog
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; personable and approachable
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously - Internet-savvy and comfortable using digital tools, tracking systems, and online platforms
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid delays

This role plays a vital part in ensuring that international nursing candidates successfully transition to the United States without unnecessary delays. The Case Manager will be responsible for closely monitoring each step of the credentialing and licensing process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
