The Production Technician is responsible for assisting in the operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production equipment and processes to ensure efficient and continuous manufacturing operations. The role supports production targets, product quality, safety compliance, and proper machine handling within the production area.
Qualifications/Requirements- Operate and monitor production machines and equipment
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments
- Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment
- Ensure smooth production flow and compliance with production schedules
- Monitor product quality and report defects or abnormalities
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of work areas and equipment
- Follow GMP, safety, and company operational procedures
- Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Maintenance personnel regarding machine concerns
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management
