Job Summary:

The Hotel General Manager is responsible for the overall operations, profitability, guest satisfaction, and strategic direction of the hotel. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

At least 5 years of managerial experience in hotel operations

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Excellent financial and operational management capabilities.

Knowledge of hotel management systems and hospitality industry standards.
