Sales Supervisor (Feedmillers & Non Food Ingredients)

Sales Supervisor will possess strong product and market knowledge, hands-on sales experience.

• Execute sales plans and initiatives to achieve assigned revenue and volume targets across Dairy, Bakery, Processed Meat, and Non-Food ingredient segments.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with approved sales strategies and company objectives.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, distributors, and selected key accounts to ensure customer retention and growth.
• Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with technical and internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and pricing developments, and report findings to management.
• Coordinate with supply chain, sales administration, and technical teams to ensure timely order processing, product availability, and efficient delivery.
• Prepare and submit sales activity reports, forecasts, and performance updates as required.
• Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, industry exhibitions, trade shows, and other relevant events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable industry regulations.
• Monitor order fulfillment, delivery performance, and support accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups to ensure timely payments.
• Support product trials, documentation, cross-functional projects, and assist in training or mentoring junior sales staff when required.
• Perform any other duties related to sales operations as assigned by management.
