Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage the daily operations of our warehouse facility. In this role, you will oversee team performance, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet operational targets and customer expectations.

As a key leader, you will be responsible for maintaining precise inventory records, supervising staff, and implementing process improvements to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency. You will also ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies, fostering a productive and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations and team activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular system audits and physical counts.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients to meet operational demands.
• Enforce safety standards, company policies, and operational guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to optimize space, delivery speed, and fleet performance.
• Train, motivate, and oversee warehouse staff to meet departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse and logistics supervision.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• High integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results.
• Willing to be assigned in Taguig.
