Job Summary
LBC Express is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Branch Accounting Associate to support the daily financial and accounting operations of assigned branches. The ideal candidate is analytical, trustworthy, and capable of handling financial transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Process and record daily branch financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare, verify, and reconcile cash collections, remittances, and branch reports.
- Assist in monitoring branch revenues, expenses, and accounting records.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies when necessary.
- Coordinate with branch personnel regarding financial and accounting concerns.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents and reports.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and assist during month-end closing activities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Support audits and provide the necessary documentation as required.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks that may be assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or cashiering is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work onsite at Two E-Com Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
