The Head of Quality Assurance is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s quality assurance strategy to ensure products, services, and processes meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.This role provides leadership to the QA team and works cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of QA frameworks, quality systems, and regulatory standards relevant to the industry
Proven experience in audits, compliance management, and process improvement
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC)
High attention to detail and strong ethical standards
