Tax Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of tax regulations, particularly in the IT distribution industry, and the ability to manage complex tax matters with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Audits: Lead and manage tax audits, including preparation, communication with tax authorities, and audit defense strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, standards, and filing requirements relevant to the IT distribution sector.
• SAP Expertise: Utilize SAP for financial reporting, tax calculations, and maintaining tax compliance documentation.
• Tax Planning: Handle complex tax matters including VAT, corporate income tax, and cross-border tax issues.
• Reporting: Prepare and review tax returns and financial statements to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external parties to ensure accurate tax filings and resolve any tax-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Tax Accountant, preferably within the IT distribution industry.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP for financial reporting and tax calculations.
• In-depth understanding of tax regulations, including VAT, corporate income tax, and cross-border tax issues.
• Proven ability to handle complex tax matters and effectively manage tax audits.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tax-related documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
