What You’ll Be Doing:
- Connect with Customers – Interact through phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Provide Accurate Solutions – Deliver timely and precise information while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain Professionalism – Uphold a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Document & Follow Up – Record customer interactions and follow up on any pending tasks or concerns.
- Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Grow & Learn – Continuously enhance your skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months of BPO – Customer Service experience, preferably with a background in Billing and Sales.
- Non-BPO candidates with excellent communication skills are also welcome!
- At least Senior High School Graduate.
- Willing to work on-site at eBloc2 or eBloc3 Buildings, IT Park Lahug, Cebu City.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with C1-C3 proficiency.
- Ability to effectively handle customer queries and provide solutions.
- Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing processes and technologies.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
