CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

(Cebu City office)

Educational Attainment:

• Preferably nursing graduate or any medical related course
• College graduate preferably with hospital experience

Licenses/Certifications:

• Preferably Customer Service trained
• Registered Nurse is an advantage

Working Experience:

• Experienced in working laboratory clinic and hospital settings
• Still open for no clinic/ hospital setting since training will be provided

Technical Skills:

• Computer Skills
• Excellent thinking skills (problem-solving and decision-making)
• Good communication skills

Others:

• Active listening
• Patient and resilient
• Positive attitude is a must
• Ability to work independently
• Willing to work on rotating shifts.
