Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Staff to join our team at Cebu Grand Realty. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Organize and maintain filing systems and office records
- Greet and assist clients and visitors
- Update paperwork, forms, and internal databases
- Monitor office supplies and assist with purchasing
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and encoding
- Assist in other tasks as needed by the management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder or newly graduated (no experience required)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to learn and adapt to various office tasks
