Inventory specialist

Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintaining and improving the inventory situation by analyzing current inventory statistics to determine stock movement.
• Analysis and reporting of current inventory, incoming shipments, purchase orders against sales forecasts from different business units.

• Controls all inventory documents for proper monitoring.
• Conduct scheduled cycle inventory count of inventory items inside the warehouses.
• Preparing and maintaining of inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, inventory level and incoming shipments.
• Reconcile inventory count discrepancies for proper reporting to management for approval.
• Monthly report the expired and near expiry items and coordinate with the Sales Team.
• Monitors the non-moving and slow-moving items.
• Monitors all returned items document for proper monitoring of inventory.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum of at least 3 years experience in the related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Possess strong leadership and problem solving skills.
