The HR Specialist will be responsible for creating and publishing job ads in various portals, screening applications and conducting interviews from rank and file to managerial level.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the position.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup.
