About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Kenny Rogers as a Senior Accounting & Finance Manager . As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting operations for the Kenny Rogers brand. In this fulltime role based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the financial health and growth of this dynamic organization.
What you'll be doing- Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, fixed asset management and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts and other ad-hoc reports as required
- Oversee the financial planning and analysis for the Kenny Rogers brand, providing key insights to support strategic decision making
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations and internal control policies
- Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
- Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
- Assist with special projects and other duties as required
- 8+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance, ideally within the food and beverage or retail industry
- Qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent) with a strong understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards
- Proven track record of financial planning, budgeting and reporting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of ERP systems and financial management software
- Demonstrable experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Passionate about driving continuous improvement and embracing new technologies
